terms of sale

all prices listed on the glenn alderson photography website are in australian dollars. prices displayed on the glenn alderson photography website are subject to change without notice. prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted. subsequent price changes will not be applied to accepted orders.

an order is deemed accepted once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation notification which will be emailed to your nominated e-mail address.

payment can be made via visa or mastercard.

all customers will be charged in $aud currency which will include 10% gst.

once an order is received, payment will be processed for the purchase and delivery of specified goods using your nominated credit card.

in completing and submitting the order form you authorise glenn alderson photography to debit the listed amount from your nominated credit card.

if delivery amount is listed incorrectly on your order form or your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution your order will not be processed. instead you will be contacted and alternative payment and delivery arrangements made.

glenn alderson photography will only accept the return of goods that have been supplied incorrectly, or vary from their description on the artcoolmad website.

goods damaged prior to delivery will be replaced (at the discretion of glenn alderson photography) and where the replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible (in the opinion of glenn alderson photography) a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.

all postage costs associated with goods purchase and return will not be covered by glenn alderson photography.

glenn alderson photography will use its best endeavours to deliver the goods to your nominated delivery address within the time period specified, however, glenn alderson photography will not be held responsible for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.
